How we look after your information when you use this website.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

Who we are

Wags and Tails (Louise Cooper), 79 Southampton Road, Salisbury SP5 3DG, is responsible for personal information collected through this website. If you have any questions about this notice, email wagsandtails.groomer@gmail.com or call 07498 389688.

What this website collects

This website does not have a form and does not ask you for personal details.

Booking online

When you press a Book button, you go to our booking page, which is run by Shake Your Tail (Petstar). The details you enter there, such as your name, contact details and information about your pet, are used to manage your appointments. Shake Your Tail's own privacy policy also applies to that page.

If you contact us

If you call, text, email or message us on Facebook, we use your details only to reply and to arrange your appointment. We keep them only as long as we need to for that and for reasonable business records.

Who looks after this website

Our website is built and looked after by Underdown Labs Limited (trading as UF Labs), who act as a data processor on our behalf.

The website runs on servers in Germany, in the EU, provided by Hetzner Online GmbH, which UF Labs manages through Coolify. Visits pass through Cloudflare, which helps keep the site secure and quick to load. Like any website, these services see your IP address and the pages you ask for, and use them only to deliver and protect the site.

Our fonts are stored on our own website, so your browser does not contact Google or anyone else to load them. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask for a copy of your information, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email wagsandtails.groomer@gmail.com. If you are not happy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies, the small number needed to keep it secure and working. We do not use analytics, tracking or advertising cookies, so there is nothing to accept or turn off.
